Can I resell after I buy?

Absolutely. We also assist our clients in making the selling procedure as simple as possible.

Is there a payment plan available?

Yes! Some of our homes have a spread payment option of up to 24 months.

Do I receive a Title paperwork after making complete payment?

Yes, an individual certificate  of occupancy (C of O) is processed after the estate is delivered.

How should I make my payment?

All payments will be paid to the developer’s bank account. Please keep in mind that we do not accept cash or any other kind of payment from our clients. Please contact us for payment details.

Can a foreigner purchase real estate in Nigeria?

Yes, a foreigner can purchase a residential residence in Nigeria. However, purchasing land in Nigeria as a foreigner is subject to various restrictions outlined in the Acquisition of Lands by Alien Laws, or ALAL. Different state governments in Nigeria have passed these laws governing foreign ownership of assets.
